Mardi Gras:


JD, Mya, and I's Social experiment. We went out around downtown to see how people reacted to Mardi Gras in San Diego. We received many strange reactions. Most people ended up ignoring us, although the people caught in the video were the main reactions we received. It would have been nice to have had more than an hour to see what other reactions we could get. Overall we really enjoyed doing this experiment.

Staring at the wall:

This was the second experiment our group conducted. We used Von's as our location. The purpose of the experiment was to see how people reacted to seeing someone staring at the wall. I took one for the team and decided to be the one that stared at the wall while the rest of the group filmed in a hidden spot. Nobody really stopped and asked me if I was okay. The reactions we received weren't interesting. Unfortunately the footage we got was lost. Overall the experiment might have worked better at a different location.
